This Pilates group primary focus is pelvic floor, core stability, deep breathing and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles. This program is great for women postpartum who are looking at a progressive program back to exercise. This program provides a supportive and nurturing environment for postpartum mothers and their babies to connect with other local mums.
