Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body exercise method performed using a specialised reformer machine that utilises springs to provide adjustable resistance and support. This allows exercises to be modified to suit all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced participants. Each class can be tailored to individual goals by adjusting the resistance, intensity, pace, and exercise selection.
Whether you're rehabilitating from an injury, improving posture, building strength, increasing flexibility, enhancing core stability, or progressing your overall fitness, every participant can work at a level that meets their individual needs and supports their ongoing progress.
